Vampire warriors, rejoice: News in Film has word that another installment to the Underworld franchise is scheduled for 2011, this time coming to us in 3D. (Quickly becoming a standard format, post-Avatar.) Here’s the IMDB listing.

Kate Beckinsale fans, partially rejoice: while the star of the first three movies is contractually obligated to be in this one too, the actress is pushing to give her character a minor role — perhaps showing up only to pass on the Death Dealer mantle to another. Stay tuned!
