Vampires dominate the People’s Choice awards for 2010, with the Twilight saga, Vampire Diaries, and HBO’s True Blood nominated in multiple categories. From Twilight alone, stars Robert Pattison and Kristen Stewart are among the most loved movie actors, while Taylor Lautner and Anna Kendrick were both included in the ranks of best breakout actors. It’s amazing to have three very different Vampire-themed franchises from TV, books, and film dominating popular culture so thoroughly.
